1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns of any products once the order has been delivered. All sales made on our website are final.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be provided in the following situations:

The product/package is received in a broken condition.

The product is received in an abnormal, damaged, or unusable state during delivery.

The wrong product is delivered due to our error.


Since some of our products may contain glass or fragile materials, customers are requested to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

3. Reporting Time Limit

Any issue regarding damaged, broken, abnormal, or incorrect products must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.

Claims made after 2 hours from the delivery time may not be accepted.

Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.


7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Damage reported after 2 hours of delivery

Minor packaging dents that do not affect the product

Customer mishandling after delivery

Change of mind after purchase

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
